WLAN access, now only $10/hour!
I’m sitting in the waiting lounge at Arland Airport in Stockholm. I have a few hours to kill so I thought I would get some work done. So I open up the laptop and hit the WLAN button. Seconds later it finds a network called LFVPUBLIC. Sweet! I open up Firefox and type in gmail.com, but instead of actually navigating to Gmail, I’m greeted by a form in which I can input my credit card number. Apparently, they want to charge me approx $10 per hour to use the WLAN! It’s so 2003.
It just occured to me. This is the most expensive blog entry I’ve ever written.
