I sure wish they made it easier to "ignore" files. For Bittorent, try out Xtorrent (http://www.xtorrentp2p.com/) which is still in beta. I use SvnX, but it is lacking in a few key areas. I haven't used anything else though as it works for me. As for Bittorrent software, I do find most of the choices are not very good. I have ended up using Azureus too.
